Goal and Objectives of the Organization

Goal of OSTI is to contribute for sustainable socio-economic development through human resource development and knowledge management.

Its major objective is to support for sustainable development through institutional capacity building (of the government and non-government sector); and capacitate the local youths by providing skill-based technical and non-technical training. it has the following specific objectives:

• Support for strengthening local governments, especially for institutional development, service delivery and good governance
• Provide basic and professional level trainings to the employees of government, non- government, private and international non-government agencies
• Support for increasing employment through development of entrepreneurs with necessary knowledge, skill and attitude
• Carry out research and knowledge management works aiming to strengthening the sector
• Support for inclusion of the excluded youths through technical and non-technical training
